	(a)		Amount Beneficially Owned:

			Nicholas A. Packer beneficially owns 711,309 Ordinary Shares. As of December 31, 2007, this amount included: (i) 2,534 shares owned directly and (ii) 708,775 shares owned indirectly through the Hove Trust, of which R&H Trust Co. (BVI) Limited is trustee and Mr. Packer and his immediate family are the sole beneficiaries. On January 16, 2008, the shares held by the Hove Trust were transferred to Hove Investments Holding Limited, a British Virgin Islands company. The Hove Trust owns all of the equity interests of Hove Investments Holding Limited.
